      In this paper, the authors discuss several Fermat type systems of complex di?erential-di?erence equations by applying the Nevanlinna theory of value distribution, and obtain results about the existence and the forms of entire solutions of such systems, which are some improvements of the results given by Gao, Liu, Zeng et al.
