英文摘要:
      This paper concerns with the magnetic-hydrodynamic model of semiconductors, which takes the form of conservation law equations for density and velocity, coupled with Maxwell’s equations. Using the classical hyperbolic energy method, the authors establish the global well-posedness of classical solutions to the Cauchy problem of magnetic-hydrodynamic models with small initial data.
