| The boundendness on some generalized Morrey spaces is established for some class of
sublinear operators and their commutators, such as Calder\'{o}n-zygmund operator
with rough kernels, Ricci-Stein oscillatory singular integral, Marcinkiewicz
integrals, fractional integrals and oscillatory fractional integrals and
their commutators. As an application, an interior regularity for non-divergence
elliptic equation is also obtained. |
