| In this paper, an iteration algorithm is given for obtaining the approximate
solutions to optimal control problems with (hard) control action constraints for a class of
typical complex systems—Volterra integral systems containing nonlinear time delays. It is
shown that the algorithm is well-defined. The convergence of the algorithm is proved under
certain conditions. |
