      Based on the notation of the time-dependent globel attractor presented by Plinio et al. ([Plinio D, Duane G S, Temam R, Time-dependent attractor for the oscillon equation, {\it Discrete Contin Dyn Syst}, 2011, 29(1):141--167.]), the authors investigate the existence of the time-dependent pullback attractor for the non-autonomous plate equation with a time-dependent coefficient in a stronger space $H^{4}(\Omega)\cap H_{0}^{2}(\Omega)\times H_{0}^{2}(\Omega)$ by using the method of the contractive function.
