| The Tsuji characteristic functions is one of the tools in studying the value
distribution theory of meromorphic function. The authors study the angular distribution theory of
meromorphic functions by using Tsuji characteristic functions, a sufficient and necessary
condition of Borel directions is showed in this paper. |
