Abstract: The authors characterize the existence of proper holomorphic mapping between a kind of nonsmooth Reinhardt domains defined as $$ \Omega(p,q)=\Omega (p_1,...,p_n,q_1,...,q_m) =\{(z,\omega)\in C^{n+m}:\sum^n_{i=1}|z_i|^{2p_i}<\sum^m_{j=1}|\omega_j|^{2q_j}<1\}, $$ where $ p=(p_1,...,p_n)\in (Z^+)^n, q=(q_1,...,q_m)\in (Z^+)^m; n>1, m>1. $
