Abstract：	本文研究只在右半平面内收敛的指数级数，引进了（R-H）级概念；推广了Anderson，J.M.及Binmore K.G.的一个不等式，并且利用所得结果研究了上述级数在某些水平半带形上的增长性以及在虚轴上的Picard点及Borel点。
