Abstract：
In this paper,we give a uniqueness theorem for a minimizatioon problem.Meanwhile we provide a uniform uniqueness theorem for L_p(1\leq p \leq \infinity) simultaneous approximations including mean simultaneous approxiamtion and Chebyshev simultaneous approximation.
