Abstract：
A necessary and sufficient condition for the convexity of the Bdzier net is presented 'The convex Bdzier net implies the convexity of the corresponding Bernstein-Bezier surface over triangles', a theorem established by Chang G-eng-zhe and Philip J. Davis, is reproved by a new approach.
