Abstract：
It is proved that any Von Neymann type subspace is feflexive. Partioularly, all weakly closed-algebras and their weakly closed ideals are reflexive. Some results concerning hyperreflexivity of Von Neumann type subspace and Von Neumand algebra are obtained.
