Abstract：
Two existence theorems of random measures on a separable complete metric space are proved. It seems that the theory of random measures in locally compact spaces and that in
separable complete metric spaces are essentially different by noting that the critera for tightness of the locally finite measures is much more tedious than that of the Radom measures.
