| Abstract： |
The ZN-graded Toda lattices are introduced and investigated under both infinite and periodic boundary conditions. The authors establish their zero-curvature representations and construct bi-Hamiltonian structures by means of graded loop algebras. It is shown that these systems are integrable Hamiltonian systems in the Liouville sense. Furthermore, the relation between the ZN-graded Toda lattices and the standard Toda lattice is clarified via suitable reductions. |
